We serve à la carte for a maximum of 10 adults. For more than 10 adults we have platters available in the location menu.

Rules and General Conditions

STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

ACCESS TO THE PLAYGROUND IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO SUFFER FROM ANY MEDICAL CONDITION INCLUDING COLDS, VIRUSES, CONTAGIOUS DISEASES, DEVIANT, AGGRESSIVE OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR.

  • Entry with pets or with toys brought from outside is not allowed.
  • Toys provided on site may not be taken out of the playground area.
  • Smoking is not allowed.
  • Drinking in the play area is not allowed; orders from the bar may be consumed only in the parqueted area of the playground.
  • Accompanying adults may not enter the trampoline and slide zone — the facility is certified for children only.

Information and obligations

  • Parents or guardians must inform children about the rules in this regulation.

Age and physical limits

  • Minimum age at Iki Land playground is 1 year, maximum 10 years; weight limit: 40 kg, height: 120 cm.

Children under 4 and equipment

  • Children under 4 may use play equipment only with an adult companion or an Iki Land supervisor. Otherwise, their companions are responsible for possible accidents or damage to equipment.
  • Adult companions may not use playground equipment; it is for children only.

Behaviour

  • Violent behaviour and physical or verbal aggression are not allowed and may be sanctioned depending on severity (including leaving the premises).

Strictly forbidden

  • entry to the playground with animals;
  • entry to the playground in high heels;
  • entry without disposable shoe covers (adults) or clean socks (adults and children);
  • entry with any food, drink or chewing gum in the carpeted area;
  • entry with any food or drink purchased outside the venue;
  • children entering with mobile phones, tablets, wired audio devices, MP3 players, long chains, braces, cords, pin brooches, long earrings and other items that could be dangerous;
  • throwing toys from one area to another.

Meal area and type of service

  • The meal area for children in the playground is for them only, except for companions of children aged 1–4.
  • This playground cannot be used as childcare, kindergarten, babysitting, etc.; the ticket price covers use of our toys and equipment only.

Toys and personal belongings

  • Playground toys are not for sale.
  • We are not responsible for personal items lost on the premises.

Health and access

  • Entry is strictly prohibited for children and adults with any medical condition including colds, viruses, contagious diseases, or deviant, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.

Client selection and reception

  • We reserve the right to select our clientele!
  • At Iki Land reception we only collect details of clients interested in parties for internal records.

Booking and deposit

  • To book, you must obtain the written party organisation offer (folder provided at reception).
  • The booking becomes firm once a deposit of at least 500 lei is paid.

Confirming attendance

  • The final number of people (children and adults) must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the party by phone or WhatsApp.
  • If more children attend than initially stated, the corresponding package rate applies for each extra guest.

Duration, extension, partial exclusivity

  • The party lasts strictly 3 hours. Extensions, subject to availability, cost 50 lei per each 30 minutes beyond the scheduled end time (regardless of how many children remain).
  • Your party uses the full playground but not on an exclusive basis.
  • For non-exclusive bookings, outside clients may also access; invited children have the reserved meal area inside the playground, invited adults use the café or terrace/garden seating.

External piñata, entertainers, food

  • Parties bringing a piñata from outside Iki Land pay a fee of 50 lei per piñata.
  • Parties with entertainers from outside Iki Land pay 50 lei per entertainer per hour.
  • No food or alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks from outside may be brought into the playground except the cake, which must come with a conformity certificate as required. Storage, temperature and expiry conditions will be specified.

Room access and extension

  • Access to the play room is up to 10 minutes before the party starts and must end when the party ends.
  • Extending the standard 3-hour slot is only possible with the event coordinator’s or manager’s agreement, for a fee and subject to availability.

Photos

  • Photos taken by the Iki Land team on the premises belong exclusively to Iki Land.
  • We reserve the right to use them to promote the venue and our services.

Exclusivity

  • With at least 20 invited children, Iki Land offers free playground exclusivity; otherwise the exclusivity fee applies.
  • Playground exclusivity fee: Tuesday–Thursday = 1,000 lei (for the 3-hour party, extension subject to availability).
  • Friday–Sunday = 1,500 lei (for the 3-hour party, extension subject to availability).
  • Iki Land café exclusivity fee Tuesday–Sunday = 1,000 lei (for the 3-hour party, extension subject to availability).
  • Free café exclusivity only with a minimum of 40 people booked in advance.
  • Moving furniture / tables / chairs in IKI Land café (upstairs) is not allowed.

Deposit / postponement / cancellation

  • The deposit is not refunded if you cancel the party. For postponement or rescheduling, the deposit may be reused (subject to availability) if you notify us at least 10 days before the event.
  • In any other case, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Further details about the party will be stated on the event sheet.

Tips (staff)

  • Tips are not included in the price; they are at your discretion based on the quality of service from our staff.
  • 10% — satisfied / 15% — very satisfied.

  • • Phone confirmation of the final number of participants is mandatory at least 3 days before the event

Exclusivity Details

  • 1.
    Exclusivity for the play area is granted only with a minimum of 20 children present, for a 3-hour party. If exclusivity is requested but this minimum is not met, a fee of 1,000 lei will be charged for renting the play space from Tuesday to Thursday and 1,500 lei from Friday to Sunday.

    The 1,500 lei fee applies to the first time slots from Friday through Sunday in the 11:30 AM–2:30 PM window: when exclusivity is requested but the minimum of 20 children present is not reached, this fee is charged for renting the play area. For weekend evening exclusivity, packages are priced at 323 lei per child (6:00–9:00 PM / 6:30–9:30 PM).

  • 2.
    Exclusivity must be announced by the client at least 3 days before the event (so we can publicly announce it).
  • 3.
    We grant exclusivity for parties starting at 6:00 PM for the PREMIUM IKI EXCLUSIVE Package .

    Only for the premium iki exclusive package at the price of 323 lei / child.

  • 4.
    Renting the Cafe (Upstairs) for 3 hours requires a fee of 1,000 lei.
  • 5.
    Exclusivity for the Cafe (Upstairs) will be granted free of charge only with a minimum of 40 adults
